All of our goods are baked & fermented on site - only with locally sourced-certified ingredients, long dough fermentation, and true handcraft. Our recipes contain no chemical additives or artificial enzymes.
We are members of Jaivik Bharat and source from organic/Hydroponic farming. We are part of Slow Food India, reducing waste and donating surplus. We invest in long-term relationships with our employees.
